Same thing as Member of the Month, only with characters. This will be choosen by people PMing the Admin account with a nomination. Any character can be nominated, even if it's your own. These votes will be taken throughout the entire month, not just on a special few days, like M.O.T.M.
Please send the character's name, a link to their profile, and why you think they should be C.O.T.M.
EDiiT: The will be no C.O.T.M. for August, 2008. (I'm picking.) But you may start sending nominations for September. :]
EDiit: If no character is choosen, I will find the one I think should be character of them month.
